Avery was born on December 14th, 2010 at 6:50 P.M. She weighed 8 pounds 5 oz. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Since she was originally due so close to Christmas we opted to get induced a week before my due date. Well I guess she was not quite ready and about 14 hours into the induction we decided it would be best to have a c-section cause I was NOT dilating at all. I thought it would be a lot worse than it was and I actually recovered very quickly. Everything went very smoothly. Here are some pictures from the day she was born.

Catch Up
Well my original plan was to start this blog right after Avery was born but that was close to three months ago now. Time just got away from me so I am going to play catch up so everyone will have an idea as to what we have been up to in the last couple months.
