A Fun Day

Today the girls and I decided to be brave.  We loaded the kiddos up and headed to the beach for the day.  We had a blast even though it was A LOT of work.  The parentals let us use their mini van so we could all go together in one car.  Just loading up was hard stuff.

Before we headed to the sand we decided to let the kids enjoy some rides.  Avery loves them.  She is such a dare devil!!

Photo Dump

So this is my biggest photo dump I have ever done.  It pretty much sums up what we have been up to since summer has started and boy have we been busy.  Enjoy!!!

What better way to start summer than to play in the water?

My niece MaryAnn joined the family on May 29th. She is so beautiful.  Congrats to my brother Ryan and mama Bobbi.

We have season passes to Happy Hollow.  Avery loves it.  We have been going every week. 

Avery got her first kitchen.  Now she can cook with mama.

Avery also got her biggest bump yet.  Poor baby fell two times in the same day and hit the same spot both times.  She was such a trooper about it though.

We have had a sick day (I think it was teething)

We have been doing a mommy and me pre-school.  She made her first art project.  So proud of that hat.

I went to a wedding and had a blast with the photo booth.  Congrats to Kate and Brendan.

We celebrated the 4th of July with auntie Shannon.



and saw our first fireworks show.  She was definitely trying to figure out why there were so many colors in the sky.  Haha

And last but not least we went to Napa for a visit with the family.

She loved hanging with cousin Ruby and cruising in her little John Deer.

There it is.......fun memories.  We still have a lot of summer left so stay tuned!!

18 Months

Alright......to say I have not blogged in awhile would be a complete understatement.  It has been waaaaaaay to long.  I'm a little sad about it actually.  But to be completely honest, there has not been to awful much going on.  Also, I have been sucked into my iphone camera instead of my regular one (something I never wanted to happen).  In an attempt to catch up, I am going to start with Avery's 18 month old pictures.  I can NOT believe I have a 11/2 year old.  She is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me.  I have had the opportunity to take the summer off this year and spend some real quality time with her.  We have had the best time so far and its only been 3 weeks.  The day I go back to work will be a rough one.  Any who check out these great pictures a friend of mine took.  Isn't she the cutest???

The next ones were taken as a surprise for Josh.  He is like a die hard Yankee fan and since father's day was near I decided to get creative.
